The Art and Heart Behind Every Dish

Culinary Director - Will Harris

Will's culinary career began at the age of 15, cooking after school at a bustling seafood-focused restaurant in San Diego. He later traveled to the Hudson Valley in New York to earn his degree from the Culinary Institute of America.

At Just 23, Will landed his first executive chef position at a small French cafe' called Tartine in Coronado, California, where he gained recognition for his farm-to-table approach and nightly changing menus crafted from ingredients sourced within a 60-mile radius of San Diego.

Since then, he has designed and launched food programs for hotels and restaurants across the county, including Wildflower in Denver, Sistership in Nantucket and multiple True Food locations.

Will has always dreamed of creating a health-focused restaurant concept - a dream realized with the opening of Whole Harvest Kitchen in 2024. He is on a mission to heal and nourish with every bite, delivering food that's deeply craveable and truly in a league of it's own.

“With endless possibilities of whole food, plant-based cuisine, and having firsthand experienced the benefits and mighty powers of plants, I’m hooked and here to stay.” — Will
